热模锻压力机右侧机架精加工后的补焊及热处理

摘要 本文所述的整体机架预热和补焊新技术—梯形分段平焊、双面增肉交错堆焊以及热处理新技术—在550~600℃下局部消除焊接应力、在250℃下长时间消除整体机架残余应力,是对精加工后的大型铸钢零部件缺陷修复的正确工艺方案,具有推广交流意义。 As mentioned in this article, the new technologies of preh eating and patch weld of the whole stand-sectional flat welding in ladder shape, staggered pad weld with thickening welded seams at both sides, and new technologies of heat treatment-locally relieving of welding stress at 550-600℃, residual stress relieving of the whole stand at 250℃ in a long time, are the proper process plan for the defect repairing of heavy steel casting parts after finish machining.It is of value to spread and exchanae the new technology in this field.
