摘要
目的:研究3周模拟LoHi对自行车运动员免疫功能的影响。方法:8名男性自行车运动员进行3周模拟LoHi,监测T淋巴细胞亚群、NK细胞、免疫球蛋白和白细胞的变化情况。结果:训练1周各指标无显著变化;训练后2周CD4和CD4/CD8下降,NK细胞活性增加,白细胞总数和淋巴细胞数量先增加后持续下降。结论:LoHi1周不会影响机体的免疫功能,但是3周的LoHi及随后2周的常规训练可使机体的免疫功能开始出现下降趋势;LoHi监控过程中血清免疫球蛋白的有效性较差;白细胞总数和淋巴细胞数量对LoHi监控具有重要意义。
This paper studied the effect of simulated living low and training high on immunity function of cyclists for three weeks. 8 male cyclists performed three weeks simulated living low and training high. The change of T-lymphocyte subsets, NK cell,immunoglobulins and white blood cell was tested. The result showed that after one week training,there was no significant change for each indexes,while two weeks after training,the CD4 and CD4/CD8 decreased, the activity of NK cell increased,the quantity of white blood cell increased at beginning and keep decrease at later. It concluded that the living low and training high had no influence on immunity function, but three weeks living low and training high following with two week routine training, the immunity function can decrease at certain degree. During the monitor on living low and training high, the validity of serum immunoglobulin was worse. The white blood cell and lymphoid cell quantity had significant meaning in monitoring living low and training high.
