摘要 采用真空烧结工艺制备了纳米复合Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷。研究了纳米TiC、TiN的添加量对金属陶瓷的显微组织、性能的影响,用TEM/EDX和SEM观察试样的微观组织特征和断口形貌。结果表明:随着纳米粉添加量的增加,金属陶瓷晶粒逐渐细化,且分布均匀,具有内、外环形相的小晶粒和“白芯-灰壳”结构的小颗粒大大增加,粘结相体积分数明显减少;当原始粉末中纳米TiC、TiN的含量占原始粉末中TiC、TiN含量的10%时,金属陶瓷有较发达的撕裂棱和较少的气孔,具有较好的力学性能。 The nano-composite Ti(C, N)-based cermets were produced by vacuum sintering technology. The Effects of addition of nano-structured powders on the microstructure and properties of nano-composite Ti(C, N)-based cermets has been studied. In order to characterize the microstructure and fracture morphology, TEM/EDX and SEM have been utilized. The results show that, with increasing additions of nano-structured powders, the microstructure become finer gradually and distribute evenly, the amount of small grains with inner-rim and outer-rim and “white core-gray rim” increase greatly, the volume fraction of binder phase decrease obviously. When the amount of nanostructured powders is 10 percent of the total amount of TiC and TiN in primitive component, the cermets have better microstructures and properties.
