摘要
目的了解东方次睾吸虫体被的超微形态学特征。方法采用扫描电镜技术对实验感染猫获得东方次睾吸虫的成虫背、腹面依次连续观察。结果体表履盖体棘,腹吸盘之前体棘以螺旋式规律排列成行并向体后倾斜,体棘混生型,以分簇排列,体前部分布密集,其间距自前往后逐渐稀疏。感觉乳突4种类型,包括无感觉圆丘型大乳突、具感觉毛大乳突,以及具感觉毛的中、小型乳突。虫体表面为一定规律的凹凸状,呈现不同部位的皮式结构。结论该虫体被着生不同类型的棘和感觉器,头、颈部特征最为丰富,显示了本吸虫形态结构特征与其寄生生活相适应,在分类学上也有一定意义。
The ultrastructural characteristics of the adult tegument in Metorchis orientalis obtained cats experimentally infected with metacercariae of this worm was observed with scanning electron microscopy on the back and belly of the worm. The trematod of cuticular spines was observed to be covered on the tegument. The arrangement of the cuticular spines revealed regularly tilted rows, and their intervals between the rows were densely covered to sparse gradually from the anterior to posterior part of the body. These cuticular spines was found to belong to a mixed type and the rows of the cuticular spines were in groups. The sensory organs could be divided into 4 types, including non-ciliated, round-mound big papillae and big, middle and small papillae with cilia.The epidermis patterns showed some variations from different parts of the tegument, and the characteristics on the anterior of tegument was found to be most predominant. It is evident that the ultrastrnctural characteristics of the tegument of M. orientalis may be related to the adaptation to its parasitism in the host and also have significance on taxonomy.
