摘要
采用改进水热法(金属Ti片与等浓度的Ba2+,Sr2+强碱性溶液于250℃水热反应5h,然后经过600℃,0.5h烧结处理)制备了单一立方相的Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3薄膜。制备的Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3薄膜通过XRD,SEM和XPS进行表征分析。结果表明:600℃下经过0.5h烧结处理的Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3薄膜结晶更完整;同时,制备的Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3薄膜表面吸附有OH,经过10min刻蚀处理后,吸附的OH能谱峰消失。
A pure cubic phase barium strontium titanate (Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3) thin film was prepared by modified hydrothermal method (Ti flake directly reacted with a strong base solution containing equal Ba^2+ ion and Sr^2+ ion at 250℃ for 5 h, then the as-grown Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3 thin film was annealed at 600℃ for 0.5 h). The as-prepared thin film was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electronic micrographs (SEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The result reveals that the as-grown Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3 thin film crystallize more perfectly after being sintered at 6000C for 0.5 h; the surface of Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3 thin film absorbs OH groups, and the absorbed OH groups disappear after the thin film has been etched for 10 min. by 1.5 keV argon (Ar) ion.
