摘要
利用X射线粉末衍射、R ietve ld结构精修技术及电、磁测试等手段分别对(S r2-xB ax)F eM oO6(0≤x≤2)的晶体结构及电磁性质进行了研究。研究结果表明:对于掺杂含量x≤1.6的(S r2-xB ax)F eM oO6样品,其电阻率温度关系呈金属性,而对于掺杂含量x≥1.7的样品,其电阻率温度关系呈半导体性。居里温度TC在x=0.4处出现极大值。
The structure and electromagnetic properties of double perovskite (Sr2-xBax)FeMoO6 (0≤x≤2) are investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Rietveld refinement and electromagnetic measurement. As the doping concentration x is under 1.6, the dependence of the resistivity temperature for these samples exhibits a metallic state. And while the doping concentration x is over 1.6, the relevance between the resistivity and the temperature is semiconducting. The valence transition from Fe^3+-Mo^5+ to Fe^2+- Mo^6+ when x exceeds 1.6 (the critical concentration) can lead to a localization of the itinerant electrons and plays a key role in the metal-insulator transition. The Curie temperature Tc shows a maximum value at x=0.4.
