摘要
针对某公司生产的SH6700中型空调客车,采用k-ε紊流模型及贴体坐标,应用整体求解法计算了空调车室内气固耦合传热问题,采用Monte Carlo法分析计算了太阳透射辐射在车室内各固体表面引起的附加热流变化,并以此作为能量方程的附加源项,对空调客车室内气流组织进行了数值模拟,并根据汽车产品质量检验QCn 29008.9—1991行业标准,对该类型空调客车分别进行实验室环境模拟和道路实验研究,检验了计算机数值模拟的正确性。
By using body-fitted coordinate and k-ε turbulence model, the indoor air/solids fluid flow and heat transfer coupled problem for a SH6700 air-conditioned medium bus is resolved with the integrated method. The additional change in heat flow caused by the effect of solar radiation on solid surfaces in the bus is calculated by means of Monte Carlo method, which is then taken as additional source term in the energy equation to conduct numerical simulation on air flow in the bus. According to the standard QCn 29008.9-1991, bath environment simulation in labaratory and mad test are carried out on that type of buses respectively, which verify the correctness of numerical simulation.
