摘要
在pH9.5的Na2CO3-NaHCO3介质中,亚硫酸盐对Cu2+催化的Luminol-H2O2化学发光体系具有很强的增敏作用,对影响化学发光的诸因素进行了分析和探讨,建立了流动注射化学发光法测定亚硫酸盐的新方法,方法的检出限为2.3×10-9mol/L.亚硫酸盐的浓度在1.0×10-6-8.0×10-9mol/L范围内与发光强度增强值(ΔI)呈良好的线性关系.对1.0×10-7mol/L亚硫酸盐溶液平行测定11次,RSD为2.7%.该方法用Na2CO3作为吸收液成功地测定了空气中的二氧化硫.
A novel chemiluminescence (CL) system coupled with flow injection technique was developed for the determination of sulfite based on the enhancement effect of sulfite on the chemiluminescence of luminol -H2O2-Cu^2+ system. The method has the merits of higher sensitivity, higher selectivity, wider linear range, simpler instrumentation. Under optimum conditions, it is applicable for the determination of sulfite in range of 1.0×10^-6-8.0×10^-9mol/L, with a detection limit of 2.3×10^-9mol/L. The relative standard deviation was 2.7 % for 11 measurements to 1.0×10^-7mol/L sulfite standard solution. The method has been successfully applied to determine sulfur dioxide in air by using sodium carbonate as absorbent material.
