简述了我国婴儿配方食品的发展历史,从婴儿配方的基础研究出发,概述了各种原料的添加原则及近几年研究较多的几种功能性成分强化型的配方。
The paper briefly reviewed the development history of the domestic infant formula foods, and summarized the adding formula of various material from the investigate basic of infant formula foods.
