摘要
面对高校教师基层党组织建设面临的新形势和建设中存在的问题,应该以改革的精神切实加强教师基层党组织建设。支部建在教研室有利于教师基层党组织发挥战斗堡垒作用,为高校的健康、快速发展提供强有力的保证。
Faced with the new situation and the problem of constructing the Basic Party Organization of teachers in colleges, we should strengthen the construction of the Basic Party Organization of teachers with the sprit of reform. The Basic Party Organization of teachers based on teaching and research section would play a powerful role to ensure a healthy and rapid development for the higher learning institution.
