摘要
针对阜新市水土流失情况,总结了阜新市水土流失的主要原因。指出阜新市水土保持生态建设还存在许多问题和不足,如国投资金不足、缺乏专业水土保持队伍等问题。提出加强国债资金的管理使用、科学管理与规划、创造精品工程、依法监督保护治理成果是阜新市控制水土流失,改善生态环境建设等基本经验。
In view of the situation of loss of water and erosion of soil in Fuxin city, the article summarizes the main reason. The article points out there are some problems such as the scarcity of government investment and lack of the professionals who can save the soil and water. So the article proposes that strengthening the national debt and using the scientific management, creating quality work, supervising and protecting results under the law is the basic experiences to control the soil and change the ecological environment of Fuxin.
