摘要
本文介绍了食用级高粘度羧甲基淀粉的生产工艺,包括醚化,过滤洗涤,干燥脱溶及溶剂回收四个工段。对各工段的设备选型及操作影响因素作了实际分析,设计了一套符合实际生产的先进生产工艺。
A production line for high viscosity carboxymethyl starch of food grade is introduced, including etherizing, fihering and washing, drying, desolventizing, and solvent recovery. After examining the facility choice and influencing factors during the operation, we design an advanced crafts suitable for the practical production.
