摘要 介绍了基于产品配置的开发链产品实现过程,分析了产品开发链对产品模型的要求,研究了面向配置过程的产品结构模型,给出了产品配置的一般过程,配置方案的一致性和有效性通过配置知识库的正确性来保证,提出了基于测试方案的配置知识库诊断模型,通过测试配置方案集来诊断知识库中多余的约束规则及应增加的规则. Firstly, product realization based on configuration process in product development chain (PDC) is introduced, and the product model in PDC is analyzed. Then this paper proposes product structure model(PKM) for configuration process, and general process of product configuration is given, Construction approach for PKM-based configuration knowledge base(PKM-CKB) is discussed, In order to ensure the validity of PKM-CKB, casebased diagnosis model is discussed, through which redundant or missing configuration rule in CKB can be detected.
