摘要
介绍了基于FPGA的通用型自动配料控制系统的设计和工程实现过程;设计采用了可编程逻辑器件FPGA,并基于超高速硬件描述语言VHDL在Xilinx公司的SpartanⅡ系列的XC2S100ePQ208-6芯片上编程实现;该系统由控制器、存储器、分频器、计数器、串口通讯、微型打印机及显示译码器组成;该设计可以完成人为设定参数,由控制系统调用运行,并可完成手动及自动配料,并在自动配料后对各个数据进行统计,产生相应的各种报表。
The design and implementation of universal automatic mixing material system based on FPGA is presented. This design adopts programmable logic device FPGA, and realizes on XC2S100cPQ208-6 chip of Spartan Ⅱ series of Xilinx Company on the basis of VHDI,. This system is made up of the controller, memory , frequency division device , the counter, bunches of communication, miniature printer and LED. This design can establish the parameter artificially , be transfered and operates by the control system, and can finish the manual and automatic mixing material . and count all data after the automatic mixing material . produce various kinds of corresponding re port forms . This system is easy to operate, the speed of operation is high, have raised the technology level of the automatic mixing material domestic control system.
