摘要 以Y公司为例,系统地分析了企业实施ERP过程中集成应用供应商管理库存模式的策略和方法,在分析实施效果的基础上,分析了VMI在ERP系统应用过程中存在的问题,以及解决信息沟通问题的方案。 Taking Y company for example.The strategy and measure of the integration application of SCM stock pattern in the process of the enterprise actualizing ERP are analyzed systematically . Based on analyzing the effect of actualizing, the problem existing in the process of VMI applied into ERP system is analyzed, and the scheme of settling information communication is given.
