摘要
阐述了“以人为本”管理理念的涵义,从馆员的人文化管理和读者的人性化服务两方面出发,就图书馆的管理制度、信息服务模式、文献资源建设、环境与设施的管理等问题进行了探讨。
This paper discusses the connotations of people-based management concept, and starting from the two aspects of the humanistic management for the librarians and the humanized management for the readers, probes into library's managerial system, information service mode, literature resources construction, and environment and facility management, etc.
