The “Contract Conditions for the Civil Engineering Construction” compiled by FIDIC is the general and authoritative contract of the international contracted engineering and has been widely adopted in the world. This paper introduces the main contents, the major businesses＇ procedures and the implementation of the main works of the contract management of the international engineering projects.
