摘要
目的:从已经调查的5种藏成药和中成药中选出最为有效的两种进一步实验,以明确其抗运动性缺氧的实际效能。方法:研究对象为96名进藏新兵,随机分3组。实验组用药分别为洛布桑胶囊和地奥心血康胶囊(简称洛组、地组),对照组用医用淀粉胶囊。单盲法给药,在进入高原前后,各连续服药5d,2粒/次,3次/d,于受试者进入高原后的第5d,分别测定踏阶前后的运动血氧饱和度(SaO2)值,并行相应统计分析。结果:与踏阶前相比,洛组在运动后即刻和1min的SaO2值均降低非常显著(P<0.01),地组在运动后即刻和1min的SaO2值亦降低显著(P<0.01,P<0.05),对照组在运动后即刻的SaO2值亦降低非常显著(P<0.01),而在运动后的2min,3min,5min的SaO2值则增高非常显著(P<0.01);与对照组相比,洛组在踏阶前的SaO2值增高非常显著(P<0.01),地组在踏阶前和运动后即刻和1min的SaO2值均增高显著(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:所实验的2种药物,对进藏新兵的SaO2值下降均有一定的保护作用,而地奥心血康胶囊在纠正因运动紧急缺氧而导致的SaO2值变化方面有着更为明显的效果。
Objective: To seek for a new method against hypoxia and to validate the effects of two compound drugs on change of SaO2 of young men after step - test at high altitude. Methods: 96 young male subjects were divided randomly into three groups, and they were given Luobusang capsule, Di'ao Xinxuekang capsule and placebo, respectively. A single blind procedure was used. Before three days and after five days exposed to high altitude(above sea level 3680 m), they took different drugs according to their group, 2 capsule each time, three time a day for 8 days. At the fifth day after they entered high altitude, their rest SaO2 and SaO2 during recovery phase after they finished the step - test at 0 min, 1 min, 2 min, 3 min and 5 min were measured, respectively. Results: Comparing with before stepping, SaO2 during recovery phase decreased significantly in Luobusang group and Di'ao Xinxuekang group at 0 min and 1 min(P〈0.05 or 0. 01). Comparing with placebo group, the rest SaO2 in both Luobusang group and Di'ao Xinxuekang group increased significantly. Meanwhile, it was higher significantly than that of the placebo group the SaO2 during recovery phase of Di'ao Xinxuekang group at 0 min and 1 min(P〈0. 05 or 0.01). Conclusion: The two drugs have effective role in prevention of SaO2 decrease of young men exposed into high altitude. Di'ao Xinxuekang has an obvious effect on change of SaO2 after step - test.
