摘要
为了保障国家的生物安全,本文设计了一套信息化、网络化、高通量的生物安全应急与管理系统,系统由3部分组成:终端实验室、基因检测在线以及管理中心。该系统能够及时准确地把各地的生物安全状况上报管理中心,管理中心也可以远程调用各实验室的数据,实时地对各地的实验室进行质控和监督,各实验室也可利用该系统向管理中心进行远程技术咨询和人员培训。
To protect biological safety of China, an informatized, network-based, high-throughput and real-time biological safety detection system is designed, which is composed of terminal labs, online gene detection section and a management center. The system can submit biological safety news to the management center in time and accurately. Data of terminal labs can be remotely transferred by management center, and terminal labs can hold a tele-consultation and employee tele-training for the management center.
