摘要
介绍了电信企业VoIP业务分析系统的要求、内容及其重要性。在此基础上提出了基于数据仓库的VoIP业务分析系统框架,重点描述了建立数据仓库系统的数据提取、转换和装载,多维数据模型建立,数据挖掘应用等关键问题。
The article introduced the requirement,specification and importance of telccont VoIP operation analysis system.A VoIP operation analysis system framework was provided.Some key issues of building VoIp operation analysis system were discussed,including data extracting,transferring and loading,establishment of multidimension model.Combining Datawarchouse technology with datamining technology to realize the advanced VOIP analysis is also presented.
