摘要
对矿井下的温度、瓦斯、一氧化碳等安全参数进行实时检测和参数超限语音报警是井下采区变电所监控系统所必须具备的一项基本功能和要求。利用工控机的部分冗余功能,基于PCL724卡实现了上述功能,同时还可以实现在线键盘整定短路和过载保护动作门限值,从而为达到生产顺利、人员安全提供了保障。
It is an essential function and demand to examine temperature, gas and carbon monoxide safety parameters and so on in real time and give an alarm when safety parameters are out of limit in undermine transformer substation supervision and control system. This paper realizes above functions based on PCL724 card using industrial computer and can set short circuit and over loading protection operative value. Consequently, this card provides safeguard to ensure production favor and personnel safety.
