摘要
采用光学金相显微镜和电子探针分析仪等测试方法对U71Mn重轨踏面发纹、掉肉和小裂口缺陷进行了分析。分析结果表明:发纹缺陷是由方坯表面气孔经高温加热-轧制演变成的,掉肉和小裂口则是因重轨踏面局部融熔所造成的。
Synopsis: By means of optical microscope and scanning electron microscope, the defects on seating faee of heavy rail U71Mn, including capillary crack, cavity and sliver were analyzed. The results showed that capillary crack was formed from the surface cavity of billet in the process of high temperature heating- rolling and cavity and sliver defects were formed due to part melting of seating face of heavy rail.
