摘要
描述了高温高压流化实验床的工作过程,采用计算机控制和仪表控制相结合的设计思想,设计了具有手动后备的计算机控制系统。计算机通过RS-485与仪表交换数据,通过I/O接口板接收信号输入并控制设备运行,控制软件基于W indow s操作系统,用户界面友好,并具有强大的实验数据库管理功能。
The working process of experiment fluidized bed with high temperature and pressure is described, and a computer control system with a spare manual control is designed by combining computer with meter. The computer exchanges datum with meters through network of RS-485, receives input signals and controls the equipment through I/O interface card. The control software based on windows operating system has friendly user interface and power functions on managing experiment database.
