摘要
目的观察连续性静脉-静脉血液滤过(CVVH)与血液透析(HD)对毒鼠强中毒的治疗作用。方法应用血液净化方法治疗16例毒鼠强中毒患者,进行疗效总结,并将CVVH与HD进行疗效比较。结果HD与CVVH治疗后患者心肌酶谱,Glasgow评分,APACHEII评分较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.01),其中CVVH可以更有效、更快地缓解毒鼠强所致的神经系统、心脏、肝脏的损害。CVVH治疗优于HD。结论HD与CVVH治疗毒鼠强中毒均安全有效,病情较重者优先选择CVVH。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of continuous venovenous hemofiltration（CVVH）and hemodialysis （HD）in patients with tetramine poisoning. Methods Sixteen patients with tetramine poisoning were treated with HD and CVVH. Results In the whole patients the average APACHE II score declined and average Glasgow score increased after the blood purification procedure. Especially the damage to nerve system, heart and liver from tetramine could be ameliorated more effectively and quickly by CVVH than by HD. Conclusion HD and CVVH treat tetramine poisoning safely and effectively. CVVH is priority chosen in patients with severe tetramine poisoning.
