摘要
首先论述了加强安全监控系统性能的必要性,并对CAN总线性能特点进行了简要介绍。监控系统由多个智能节点和上位机组成,智能节点负责现场数据采集,上位机负责实现报警功能。文章给出了系统总体结构以及智能节点的硬件电路图和软件清单,并阐明了节点的构成以及设计中应注意的事项。通过系统仿真测试和分析CAN总线的可靠性及总线占有率,为系统设计提供了参考依据。论证了采用论文给出的基于CAN总线的安全监控系统结构是较好的选择。
The paper, first of all, gives a discussion on the necessity of strengthening the security supervision system, and a brief introduction to the function of CAN bus. The supervision system consists of a number of intelligent nodes and topper computers. The intelligent nodes perform the function to collect field data ; and the topper computers perform the function to alarm irregularities. The paper also provides a circuit of hardware and list of software for the overall structure of the system and for the intelligent nodes. In addition, the paper illustrates the construction of the nodes, and points out the items of attention when designing. Furthermore, through simulation test and by analyzing the reliability of CAN bus and the percentage of the bus, the paper provides reference data for the design of the system. In the final step, the paper proves that the adoption of the CAN -based security supervision system structure is a better choice.
