老年人上消化道出血60例临床分析

摘要为分析老年人上消化道出血的临床特点,总结60例老年上消化道出血的临床资料。结果,60例老年上消化道出血主要病因是消化性溃疡(占51.7%),其次为急性胃粘膜病变(占23.3%),食管胃底静脉曲张破裂(占11.6%)和恶性肿瘤(占10.0%)等;老年上消化道出血往往合并有基础疾病;临床表现以呕血和黑便为主。提示老年上消化道出血病情凶险,与普通的上消化道出血有所不同,治疗上应结合老年人的生理特点。
