经导管冷冻消融隔离肺静脉治疗心房颤动 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察冷冻消融治疗心房颤动的可行性和疗效.方法选择药物治疗效果不佳的阵发性心房颤动病人4例,采用北极圈冷冻消融导管冷冻消融肺静脉-70℃ 8 min,Lasso导管标测肺静脉电位,肺静脉电位消失为消融成功.结果 13根肺静脉均隔离成功,多数肺静脉3~6次即可完成隔离,平均(4.3±2.1)次,只有例4患者左肺静脉共干消融8次才成功完成隔离.消融温度近端(-85.2±-2.9)℃,远端温度(-75.4±-3.6)℃.消融时间(255±17) min,X线曝光时间(35.3±7.5) min.结论经导管冷冻消融隔离肺静脉可以有效地治疗心房颤动. Objective To investigate the effect and reliability of pulmonary vein catheter cryoisolation for treatment of atrial fibrillation. Methods Four patients who had drug refractory paroxysmal atrial fibrillation underwent pulmonary vein cryoisolation using an arctic circler catheter ( CryoCath Technologies inc. , Quebec, Canada). Results A total of 13 pulmonary vein were isolated by ablating for (4. 3 ± 2. 1 ) times. The procedural duration was (255 ± 17) min, and flouro exposure time was (35.3 ± 7.5 ) min. Conclusion Transvenous catheter pulmonary vein cryoisolation for the treatment of atrial fibrillation is reliable and effective.
