摘要
教育是人力资源开发的主要途径。在现时代,教育投资收益具有以下特点和规律:教育投资对经济增长的贡献大于物质资本投资,劳动者收益随文化程度的提升而提高,职业教育较普通教育收益率更高,以教育为主导作用的迁移收益率高于一般收益率。
Education is one of the important methods to develop human resources. Nowadays, the return of education investment shows the following characteristics. First, the education investment makes a greater contribution to the economic booming than substance investment. Second, the earnings of the laborers depend on the education experiences, the more education they get, the more money they make. Third, the return of the vocational education investment is higher than that of the regular education investment. Finally, the migration return in which the education serves as the main function is higher than the general return.
