摘要
目的:总结带锁髓内钉内固定治疗肱骨干陈旧骨折的疗效。方法:采用带锁髓内钉的固定治疗肱骨干陈旧骨折63例,按照Neer评分标准,根据术后X线片观察骨折愈合情况及肩肘关节功能综合判定疗效。结果:经术后6个月～2年(平均12个月)的随访,优46例,良12例,可3例,差2例。所有骨折端均达到骨性愈合,平均骨愈合时间4.5个月。结论:带锁髓内钉固定治疗肱骨干陈旧骨折具有创伤小,固定稳固,骨折愈合率高,可降低桡神经损伤的危险等优点。
Objective To summarize the effect of interlocking intramedullay nails for humeral shaft old fractures Methods Sixty three cases were treated with interlocking intramedullary nails. According to Neer＇s score and the postoperative X-ray images the healing of the fractures and the function of the shoulder and elbow joints the effect was determined and analyzed.Results After 6 months to 2 years follow-up（average 12 months）, 46 cases showed excellent results, 12 cases good,3 cases fair and 2 cases poor.All of the fractures healed up,the time for fracture union was in average 4.5 months. Condusion Fixation with interlocked nails for humeral shaft old fractures is advantageous in the easiness to operate, finn fixation, high healing up rates,and reduced risk of radial nerve injury.
