摘要
在英语教学过程中,我们尽管使用多种多样灵活,有效的教学方法,但最终没有达到教学最佳效果,这是因为我们在教学过程中没有注意保持教学过程中诸要素之间的和谐关系,如教师和学生、教材和需求以及教学方法等之间的关系等。只有保持教学过程中诸要素之间的和谐关系,才能最大地提高课堂教学的效率。本文作者根据多年来的教学经验,论述了在英语教学中该如何正确处理诸要素之间和谐的问题,归纳并总结了和谐教学的重要性。
During the process of English teaching, though we have already made full use of different kinds of teaching methods, we cannot get the best teaching result, for we neglect the setting of a harmonious relationship among the factors like teacher, student, teaching materials and method. As long as we can maintain a harmonious relationship among these factors , we can greatly increase the efficiency of classroom teaching. Based on experiences from English teaching for many years, the author, in this essay, discusses the problem of how to build up a barmonious relationship properly among these factors in English teaching; at the same time, summarizes the importance of harmonious teaching.
