摘要
[目的]了解广州铁路地区从事有毒有害作业人员的贫血情况.[方法]对2004年5～8月在岗作业工人职业健康检查资料中的血红蛋白检测资料进行分析.男性血红蛋白(Hb)＜1 20 g/L,女性Hb＜110 g/L为贫血.[结果]检测3 391人,检出贫血者65人,贫血率为1.92%.贫血率女性为4.37%,男性为1.78%(P＜0.05);小红细胞性贫血52例(占80%),正细胞性贫血13例(占20%).[结论]在岗作业工人贫血率较低,贫血患者主要为缺铁性贫血.
[Objective]To explore anemia situation of people who are exposed to toxicological and poisonous environment in Guangzhou railway ctor. [Methods] Analysis hemoglobins test information of workers periodical occupational health examination in may to august,2004, males＇s hemoglobins（ Hb） less than 20g/L, females＇s Hb less than 110 g/L is diagnosed anemia. [Results]3 391 workers were detected,check out 65 of anemia patients,anemia rate is 1.92%. anemia rate of females is 4.37 %, males is 1.78 % （ P 〈0.05 ） ; microcytic anemias is fifty-two （ for 80 % ）, normocytic anemias is thirteen（for 20%）. [Conclusion] workers who are working periodical have a low anemia rate, anemia patients mainly is caused by iron deficiency.
