摘要
在Pro/Engineer参数化建模的基础上,应用Pro/Engineer装配仿真技术,实现装配零件位姿和运动变换。根据Pro/Engineer二次开发工具Pro/Toolkit应用程序,通过人机交互界面设计技术,可实现汽车变速箱装配建模和装配仿真整个虚拟装配过程。
On the basis of parameter modeling of Pro/Engineer, the Pro/Engineer assembly simulation technology is used to realize the change of the position and orientation of the assembling parts and the transfer of assembling actions. Based on the application program of the secondary development tool Pro/Toolkit of Pro/Engineer and adopting the human - computer interaction interface design technology, the whole virtual assembly process of automobile gearbox, including assembly modeling and assembly simulation, can be realized.
