摘要
目前我国社会养老形势日趋严峻,养老保险制度面临问题较多,养老基金缺口严重,企业不堪重负,影响到社会的安全与稳定。文章分析了我国社会养老保险问题成因,并从拓宽筹资渠道,扩大缴费范围,提高基金增值能力做实个人账户,以期建立完善的社会保险制度等方面进行论述。
So far, the situation of caring for the aged in our country becomes more and more critical, with a variety of problems involved in it. Lacking money seriously, the enterprises confronting with unbearable burdens, whinch has greatly influenced the security and stability of our country. This article analyses the reasons in the insuranle of pension in China and furthermore, it explains how to widen the channels of raising money and how to enlarge the scope of paying so an to increale The abit ： tiel of appreciating funcls to do personal account, in so doing, it is expected that a perfect system of insurance in society be eltablished.
