摘要
正确行使环境行政权,应当做到:(1)规范环境行政权法主体;(2)符合法定的职责权限;(3)证据确凿,定性准确;(4)适用法律要准确适当;(5)符合规定程序;(6)严格执法,依法行政。
The right performance of environmental administrative power should be based on ： （ i ） regulating the law enforcement subject of the power; （ ii ） conforming to the limits of authority as prescribed by law ; （iii ） having verified proof and being qualitatively correct ; （ iV ） being accurate in adjudication ; （ V ） conforming to prescribed procedure; （ vi ） being strict in law enforement and administrating by the law.
