摘要
目的:建立水杨酸软膏的含量测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法在波长296 nm处测定。结果:水杨酸在10-30 μg/mL浓度范围内与吸收度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.08%,RSD=0.306%(n=9)。结论:紫外分光光度法快速、简便、准确,适合于基层医院制剂的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of salicylic acid in unguent. Methods: Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used, the detection wavelength was 296 nm. Results: The standard curve of salicylic acid was linear in the concentration of 10-30 μg/mL (r=0.999 9),the average recovery was 99.08% ,and the relative standard deviation was 0.306%.Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid,reliable and suitable for assay of the preparation.
