摘要
目的:建立水杨酸软膏的含量测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法在波长296 nm处测定。结果:水杨酸在10-30 μg/mL浓度范围内与吸收度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.08%,RSD=0.306%(n=9)。结论:紫外分光光度法快速、简便、准确,适合于基层医院制剂的质量控制。
Objective：To establish a method for determination of salicylic acid in unguent. Methods： Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used, the detection wavelength was 296 nm. Results： The standard curve of salicylic acid was linear in the concentration of 10-30 μg/mL （r=0.999 9）,the average recovery was 99.08% ,and the relative standard deviation was 0.306%.Conclusion： This method is simple, rapid,reliable and suitable for assay of the preparation.
