摘要
对55 g/m2平纹水刺非织造布的整个工艺技术路线进行分析,并对其中最重要的两道工序梳理成网和水刺固结中的关键工艺参数采用正交试验进行详细分析,从而得出55 g/m2平纹水刺非织造布的最佳生产工艺,为开发该类产品提供依据.
This paper analyses the whole technological process of 55 g/m^2 plain weave spun-laced nonwoven fabric, and explains the key parameters of the two important processes-carding web and spunlaced entanglement with thorough analysis in the whole process by arithmetic means of orthogonal test. Then, the paper draws the best production technology of plain weave spun-laced non-woven fabric of 55 g/m^2 and provide a basis for developing of this kind of products.
