摘要
针对单纯用溶解氧单一参数实现活性污泥反应器控制的不精确性问题,提出一种化学需氧量与溶解氧双参数联合对生物处理工艺反应器的曝气量最优控制的仿真方法.该仿真器用计算机软件MATLAB的模糊工具箱设计,通过6个关键的设计步骤实现了对反应器的模拟和控制.结果表明双参数控制更接近于反应器实际的运行状态,生物反应器反应条件控制效果良好,控制精度显著提高.
This paper aims at the inaccurate control to activated sludge reactor by solely DO parameter to introduce a COD--DO combined optimized simulated control technology to bio-- reactor of wastewater treatment plant. It is based on the computer software MATLAB fuzzy toolbox for the process control design. Through the six steps of design by selection of the double control parameters close to the real reaction condition, a simulated analysis is made and a more precise effect for reactor control is achieved. A distinct improvement in control accuracy is obtained.
