摘要
本文以人的需要与行为激励为切入点,探讨了企业应如何根据人的需要层次开展行为激励,通过分析认为:企业的报酬机制应在贯彻公平原则的前提下设法满足人的主要需求,企业应为员工提供在工作中成长和发展的机会并将工作设计得内容丰富化、性质趣味化以增强工作本身的激励水平。最终在协调组织集体需要与个人需要的前提下实现两者目标协调与激励相容。
Based on the analysis of the need of a person and action motivation, the anthor suggests that the payment system of a enterprise should meet the needs of the staff under the fair policy, and the enterprise should provide its staff with opportunities to grow. In order to improve the motivation of the work, it should be designed with rich content and interesting essence. So that, the target harmony and motivation toleration can be achieved by coordinating needs of both the organization and the staff.
