摘要
学校职业指导是对在校学生自身条件进行全面分析与了解,根据社会职业需要情况做出职业方面的建议,帮助其较好地完成个人职业定向的过程。学校职业指导的开展和实践,必须从当前实际出发,以党和国家的教育方针为指导,紧密结合我国经济、社会发展的实际需要和学生的自身特点,遵循一定的原则,通过科学合理的途径实现。
School profession guide refers to the course of thorough analysis and understanding to the students＇ conditions, putting forward suggestion on profession according to need of society, and helping them to find their own job direction. The development and practice of school profession guide could be achieved by scientific and reasonable ways of setting out from reality, being led by the Par- ty and country＇s educational principles, connecting actual need of our country＇s economic and social need and students＇ character, and observing certain principles.
