摘要
教师角色随着社会的发展而不断变迁。后现代并非指的是一种时态,而是指一种思想态度和意识。从后现代视角来看,教师在教育教学过程中扮演着学生学习的引导、教学过程的反思者、课程网络的开发者和社区活动的协调者的角色。为培养这样的教师角色,需要从提高师生间主体间性、采用建构性教学方法、用生态学观念组织教学和变革师资培训模式等方面入手。
The teacher's role is changing constantly with development of the society. Post-modernism does not mean a kind of tense, but refer to a kind of attitude and consciousness. Viewed from the post-modern point of view, teachers act as the guide of students' study, reflector of the teaching process, explorer of curriculum network, and coordinator of community activity. The training of such teachers requires reform in the following aspects: the subjectivity between teachers and students, adopting constructing teaching method, organizing teaching with biological theory, and reforming mode of teachers' training.
