摘要
民族地区现行社会保障的发展速度较慢、资金缺口较大、覆盖面还不广、立法滞后,与建设社会主义和谐社会不相适应,为此国家需进一步完善社会保障制度,开拓资金筹措渠道,加快社会保障法制建设,依法推进民族地区社会保障事业的发展。
The development of present social .security in minority nationality regions does not keep with the course of building a harmonious society. With larger shortage of funds, narrow scope and delay legislation, the goverment need further improve the social security system, open up channels of raising funds, speed up the legal system construction of social security and carry forward the social .security in minority nationality regions in accordance with the law.
