摘要
《预备立宪公会报》对当时的法律、行政、外交、财政、交通、教育等方面的问题进行了广泛而又深入的探讨,成为预备立宪公会宣传其立宪思想的阵地,展示法政理论研究成果的窗口。对其研究有助于我们对预备立宪公会的人员构成、宣传活动、组织发展和政治态度形成比较接近事实的认识。
The Newspaper of Preparatory Council for Constitutionalism was the organization's position of publicizing its constitutional thoughts and the window of displaying the results of research on law and politics.It made an extensive and deep probe into the law,administration,foreign affairs,finance and education of the time.This paper will be helpful to give the readers a real knowledge of the organization's propaganda activities,and its expanding and political attitudes.
