摘要
职务犯罪作为特殊主体实施的一种犯罪,目前在我国无论是在形式上还是在数量上,都有新的发展变化,它是我国当前社会危害最为严重的一种特殊类型的犯罪。采取有效措施,制止、减少、预防和惩治国家工作人员职务犯罪,已成为现代国家理论、政治理论和法学理论的重要内容。
Crime by taking advantage of duty is a kind of crime committed by the special subject. On form or on quantity, there are the new development and change in our country at present; it is a special type of crime with most serious .social danger in our country at present. Taking the effective measure, reducing, preventing and punishing the national staff member＇s crime by taking advantage of duty, have already become the modern country＇s theory, the important contents of political theory and law science theory.
