摘要
指出当前我国司法权异化及其滥用的表现和特征,分析司法腐败产生的原因,探讨了规制和根治我国司法腐败需要解决的问题。
It shows how the jurisdiction of China its deformed and misused, analyse couse of judicial corruption, it indicates what problem we have to face up to and what measures we have to take regulate and uproot judicial corrupt in the meantime.
