摘要
全球化背景下的“两廊一圈”建设,是中国、东盟区域经济一体化过程中的次区域经济合作。面对西部大开发、CEPA和CAFTA三大机遇的广西能否争取主动、加快发展,是一个值得深思的重要问题。“两廊一圈”建设将对中越关系产生重大影响。
“Two Corridors and one Ring” is a hypo-zone economic cooperation in economic integration between China and ASEAN. China＇s Western Development, CEPA and CAFTA offer Guangxi splendid opportunity for further development. Whether or not Guangxi can seize the opportunity and gain initiative is an important question that calls for our pondering. The construction of “Two Corridors and one Ring” will produce impact on Gunagxi and the relationship between China and Vietnam.
