摘要
研究了添加化学氮肥、稻秸和淀粉的土壤在好气、厌气培养下的供氮特征。（１）单施化学氮肥好气培养，土壤中矿物态氮含量始终高于厌气培养；单施稻秸厌气培养，土壤中矿物态氮含量高于好气培养。（２）培养６０ｄ时，Ｃ／Ｎ为１０的处理好气培养，土壤中矿物态氮含量高于厌气培养；Ｃ／Ｎ＞２０的处理厌气培养，土中矿物态氮含量处于较高水平。（３）添加淀粉使好气培养土壤中矿物态氮含量大幅度减少，厌气培养则变化不大，Ｃ／Ｎ相同的处理，好气培养下添加淀粉的土壤中矿物态氮的减少量为厌气状态下的１．８倍。
The paper dealt with the nitrogen supply characteristics of soil with the addition of chemical N fertilizer, rice straw and starch alone and their combinations under aerobic and anaerobic incubation. The results obtained were as follows: (1) The contents of mineral N under anaerobic incubation were lower than those under aerobic incubation in the whole periods of incubation in the treatment of single addition of chemical N fertilizer, but the reverse was true in the treatment of single addition of rice straw. (2)The contents of mineral N under aerobic incubation were higher than those under anaerobic incubation at the time of incubation of 60 days when the C/N of the material was 10. However the contents of mineral N under anaerobic incubation increased gradually when the C/N increased from 20 to 80. (3) Addition of starch made the contents of soil mineral N be decreased greatly under aerobic incubation while the contents of soil mineral N under anaerobic incubation changed little even if there was an addition of the same amount of starch. Thus, the mineral N under aerobic incubation decreased 1.8 times than that under anaerobic incubation with the same C/N.
