摘要
"三村建设"是临沧市委政府确定的一项经济和社会协调发展、缩小城乡差距、帮助"三农"发展的战略工程,建立乡村图书馆让小康村、生态村、文明村建设协调发展。解决图书馆在"三村建设"中同步发展的问题,是发展先进文化,满足农民群众精神需求的重要工作,乡村图书馆建设应纳入经济社会发展规划,让它有一席之地发挥独特的功能和作用。
“the Modern Village building Project” is an important action taken by Lincang government for the harmonious development-to short the gap between the village and city, and to Solve“the Three Problems in Rural Area”so as to build our village into better-off, well-protected ecological and civilized ones, To improve the village library can foster the new culture , and meet the demand of the villagers , so it should be included in the economy development plan. The library construction can play its unique function in “the Modern Village building Project”
