摘要
目的:探讨经皮内镜下胃造瘘术(PEG)的临床应用价值。方法:2001年10月~2004年12月 PEG/PEJ 共治疗16例患者,其中 15例行 PEG 胃肠营养;1例行 PEG 胃肠减压加 PEJ 小肠内营养。结果:手术成功率100%。3/16例次出现造瘘管周围皮下感染。1/ 16例次出现造瘘口出血。1/16例次出现造瘘管滑脱导致堵塞。所有患者造瘘管置入后营养迅速恢复,停止静脉补液。16例患者随 访1~38个月无严重并发症。结论:PEG/PEJ 是作为胃肠减压和肠内营养替代鼻饲的一种新的治疗方法,安全、有效、降低医疗费用、 并发症少。
Objective: Discussion of the clinical value of percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG). Methods: 16 patients were selected, 15 with PEG;1 with PEG plus PEJ from Oct 2001 to Dec 2004. Results: None of the 16 patients were failed. Three patients had infection around tube after PEG and three patients had infection around tube PEG. One patients's tube come out and made hold. All patients recovered successfully after PEG or PEG plus PEJ. None severe complications were found during our 1-38 months follow-up. Conclusion:PEG and PEJ are new methods for gastrointestinal decompression and enteral nutrition, which can instead of nasogastric tube. They are safe, cheap and have low complication rate.
