文中主要介绍测绘房地产分幅平面图的意义以及其内容要求。房地产分幅平面图的测绘内容包括房屋、土地、一般地形地物三大类。房屋的测绘内容包括房屋、围护带及附属设施的平面位置。土地测绘内容主要为土地使用范围的平面位置。一般地形地物测绘要求基本上与人比例尺地形图中的相应地物的测绘要求一致。
This article is main to introduce to survey and map meaning and its contents and request for real estate divide a plane chart. Surveying and mapping the contents for the real estate divide a plane chart includes three major type to the house,land and general geography. The contents to survey and map the house include the house and round and the fiat surface position of the subsidiary facilitics.The content to survey and map the land mainly is the fiat surface position of the scope for the land.
