摘要 对非共线AOTF±1级衍射光波长进行了理论计算和实验,理论和实验结果基本一致,相对误差<±2%。这对AOTF衍射光性能的应用具有参考价值。 The ±1 orders diffraction beams'wavelength of non-collinear AOTF was studied theoretically and experimentally with unanimous results. The relative error is 〈±2%. This may be a reference for the applications of AOTF's diffraction beams.
